Whether you are new to strength training, coming off an injury, looking to mix up your current routine, or moving into a new stage of your life, we have different offerings to fit your needs.

Boot Camp

Intermediate/Advanced Intermediate class

You provide the weights and your mat.

We meet outside in nice weather at Tallmadge Park, Evanston or on Zoom when we are forced inside.

Videos of the workouts are sent out each day to those that cannot attend that day.

Meets Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:15 am. You are welcome to attend up to all 3 classes each week.

Cost: $100/month

On Demand Videos

Beginner - Intermediate

This series of on-demand videos ranges from videos for the beginner to incorporating more resistance training, all from your own home.

The videos do have a strong focus on the 55+ population but ALL can benefit when just starting out or returning to strength training.

Cost: Range from $35-$80 for a package.

Small Group Training

Any level

You provide the group and we provide the programing and equipment. The set-up allows for you to socialize, support and feed off the energy of your peer group while also keeping costs lower.

We can meet at a park, Trufit Personal Training in downtown Evanston or in my backyard.

Cost: $100 for a group up to 4 and $20 for each additional participant.

1:1 Training

Any level

A custom tailored session that meets all of your needs and maybe introduces you to new ones! You come to Mary with goals in mind and she creates a target program that meets you where you are and supports you to your next fitness level. Mary has sought out additional certifications in TRX, Post and Pre-Natal, Functional Movement Systems, Precision Nutrition and Elderly Populations.

Cost: $80/hour
