About Mary

After careers in advertising and special education, Mary embarked on a career that leaves her fulfilled daily. After an injury from cardio overtraining, Mary dedicated herself to recovery and avoiding surgery by diving into strength training and yoga. Five years later she decided that she wanted to help others who might be intimated by lifting weights see not only the value that a strong body affords you but how fun it can also be.

Through a partnership with her clients, Mary creates programs catered to their fitness needs and goals. Mary works to instill and understanding in the strength and gifts our bodies afford us while learning ways to keep it strong, powerful and flexible. Over the past 10 years, Mary has continued to enhance her knowledge in working with Pre-post natal clients, Seniors, those recouping from injury as well as youth.

When Covid-19 forced us to isolate, Mary saw a need to bring resources to people in their homes and created a set of videos designed for various training levels. She hopes that these videos will offer individuals another opportunity to stay strong and mobile with the flexibility of completing them at home and on their schedule.


She holds a personal training certification from NASM as well as certifications from Functional Movement Systems, TRX and Precision Nutrition.
