You provide the weights and mat and I provide the direction and fun. We meet 3x a week for 45 minutes in the early morning 6:30-7:15. We meet outside at Tallmadge Park when the weather is good and on Zoom when we can’t get outside.

This subscription gives you access to over 15+ videos that walks you through exercises and movement to build foundational strength, stability and mobility. Each video runs no more than 30 min and are designed that you can practice each day or just a few times a week. You will gain knowledge about your body, strength in your stabilizing muscles and a new joy of moving.
