“I have worked with Mary before my pregnancy and during and she has adjusted to my needs with ease. I also do joint sessions with my husband who is a triathlete and works out 5-6 days a week, with both of us walking away feeling we had a good workout. She keeps an energized and fun atmosphere, while educating you about what you are doing and how to maintain at home. I always feel comfortable telling Mary what is working for me and what is not and I never feel judged. She keeps me motivated and wanting to come back.” – Heather
The demands of pregnancy on our bodies is immense while also being profoundly mesmerizing. A strength training routine throughout a pregnancy can help control weight gain, improve core strength for delivery and post-natal, prevent aches and pains, reinforce diminishing balance and help a mother’s self-esteem.
I attribute my quick recoveries from pregnancy to strength training throughout and shortly after birth. Using my experience with pregnancy, I design a program that meets the needs, demands and restrictions of a mom-to-be.
