As an individual ages, there is a natural digression of muscle mass, muscle strength, flexibility in the joints and balance. These factors can negatively affect one’s quality of life as he/she ages. I work with my clients on functional fitness goals to aid in daily activities, maintain a healthy weight, increase mobility and cardiovascular health. If needed, I collaborate with medical professionals to ensure an appropriate and comprehensive plan is followed.
