I do not believe in having my clients sit at a machine and use one muscle group at a time when training. My training philosophy is to challenge the whole body, including your core and balance. Workouts are designed to be efficient, challenging and also fun.

Using a circuit training model, I create routines that hit every muscle group multiple times and rarely in the same way. Taking your goals into mind, I will work with you to gain strength, manage weight and gain energy and endurance. Whether you are a triathlete looking to increase your performance or you are a mom looking to get back into shape, I can tailor a program just for you.
