BOOT CAMPS

Evanston Boot Camps for all Levels

These 45 minute  classes utilize interval training to achieve maximum cardio conditioning and strength training to increase metabolic rates, prevent injuries and increase muscle mass.

Bring 3 things to class:

arm strength hand weights strength training 5 to 8 lb. hand weights
flexibility exercise mat fitness/yoga mat
evanston fitness hydration water bottle

 

Our boot camp year is divided into two seasons – outdoor season and indoor season. From May through October, you’ll find us at Tallmadge Park next to the Noyes ‘el’ station (Tallmadge-pin). See our full schedule below.
